The Cocoplum Tree is a hardy, evergreen tropical shrub or small tree native to coastal regions of the Americas. Known for its round, sweet-tart edible fruits and glossy, leathery leaves, Cocoplum is a versatile plant used in edible landscaping, ornamental hedges, and naturalized coastal gardens. It produces small white flowers followed by light pink to deep purple fruits, which can be eaten fresh or made into jams and jellies.
