The American Agave (Agave americana), also known as the Century Plant, is a striking succulent known for its large, blue-green, spiky leaves that form a dramatic rosette. This hardy, drought-tolerant plant thrives in warm climates and is often used as a statement piece in landscapes, xeriscaping, and container gardening. While it can take many years to bloom, its towering flower spike is a spectacular sight.
