The Bayrum Tree, also known as the Bay Rum Tree, is known for its fragrant leaves, which are the source of bay rum, a popular essential oil used in colognes, aftershaves, and medicinal applications. Native to the Caribbean, the tree has glossy, aromatic leaves that release a spicy scent when crushed. The tree produces small, white flowers that develop into dark berries.
