📓 Turmeric Latte / Golden Milk Recipe:

Golden milk is a traditional Ayurvedic drink that has gained popularity in recent years for its potential health benefits. Turmeric and ginger have anti-inflammatory properties and may help with digestion and other health issues.

🧂 Ingredients:
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 inches of fresh turmeric root, grated
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger root, grated
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
🥄 Instructions:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk, grated turmeric, grated ginger, and a pinch of pepper.
