Organic mixed salad leaves, freshly picked on our farm to give you a mix of sweet, peppery, crunchy and delicate leaves.

We’re pretty proud of our salad mixes, freshly picked from our aquaponic greenhouse and organic garden beds. We grow all sorts of organic leaves, and pick what’s tasting best each week to give you a carefully balanced mix of colors, textures, and flavors: sweet and peppery, delicate and crisp.

The current mix includes purslane, bele baby heart leaves, katuk tender shoots, baby cranberry hibiscus leaves, radish microgreens, baby moringa tender leaves, watercress, and baby arugula.
