📓 Sage and Lemon Roasted Chicken Thighs Recipe

This recipe is simple but flavorful, and the combination of sage and lemon adds a delicious brightness to the chicken.

🧂 Ingredients:
  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh Sage leaves, chopped
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • A handful of Garlic chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
🥄 Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped sage, lemon zest, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then rub the sage mixture all over them, making sure to coat them evenly.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up.
  5. Roast the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when tested with a meat thermometer.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
