🥘 Green Papaya, Moringa Leaves Stir Fry Recipe.

This is a simple, and mildly spiced stir fry that gets done in less than 30 minutes and easy side dish for lunch and dinner.

🧂 Ingredients
📓 Instructions:
  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cumin and stir for a few seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the Garlic Chives, Habanero Pepper, and Onion to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the Green Papaya to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the Papaya begins to soften.
  4. Add the Moringa, Turmeric, and Ginger to the pan, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add Salt and Pepper to taste, and a ¼ cup of Water to help the vegetables cook and create a sauce. Stir everything together well.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the Papaya is tender and the Moringa is cooked.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or main course with rice.
