📓 Quick & easy stir-fried Collard Greens Recipe:

This quick and simple recipe takes only 10-15 minutes to make. It’s a delicious and healthy way to eat more vegetables.

🧂Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch of Collard Greens
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • Few Garlic Chives, chopped
  • Olive oil or Coconut oil for cooking
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Habanero Pepper, seeded and finely chopped
🥄 Instructions:
  1. Wash the collard greens and remove the tough stems. Cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add enough olive oil or coconut oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
  3. Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
  4. Add the chopped garlic chives and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the collard greens to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the greens are wilted but still bright green.
  6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
  7. Add the finely chopped habanero pepper and stir-fry for another minute or until the collard greens are tender but still slightly crispy.
  8. Serve hot.
